Today I did some testing of the tune on my Sprinter. Using the ScanGauge in the test, I made a 20 mile run four times. After reaching 60 mph, locking the cruise control for that speed, at a specific location, I reset the “current” mpg and drove to a specific location where test one ended. I turned around to backtrack, got the seed up to 60, locked the cruise control in and at a specific point it reset the ScanGauge “current” mpg and I drove back 20 miles to a specific location where test two ended. I installed the tune, got back on the same highway going in the same direction as I did in test 1 and I repeated everything the same way as I did in test one. That ended test three and I turned around for run four. I did everything the same way as I did for test two except with the tune. ScanGauge showed test one to have gotten 21.6 mpg while test 3 showed 24.8 mpg. That is a 14.8% increase. On test 2 ScanGauge showed 19.0 mpg and 21.8 on test four. That is a 14.7% increase. The route had several hills and at two instances the Sprinter downshifted without the tune and with the tune it downshifted once.

Impressive. That in a word is how I rate my GDE purchase/product. GDE, in my opinion, practices the science of business. That is: they do exactly what they say they will do and their product performs as they advertised. My MPG improved approximately 2.5 MPG. Additionally, my acceleration has improved and my shifting is more responsive. GDE's customer service is great. My experience indicates GDE has the most experience with Sprinters. Try it, you will like it. CM in Tennessee
