JEEP LIBERTY ISSUES
The Jeep Liberty CRD has been a great vehicle for those desiring fuel economy and torque, however there have been many issues with hardware that plague owners of the vehicles. Couple of the major issues include EGR valve sticking and misfire in certain conditions.
There is no permanent fix for the EGR issues in the field, and some owners have replaced valves 3-4 times only to have the problem re-surface in a few thousand miles. Our product eliminates fault codes from the EGR valve and reduces soot build-up in the system.
The misfire in some light load conditions is eliminated with advanced timing and increased pilot injection quantity, this improved the stability of combustion.
