I have been doing the ORM mod and unplugging my MAF to disable some EGR function on my KJ, so I have a CEL all the time. Now that I have a tune on order I guess I should plug that back in, but do I need to clear any codes that may be set from doing this before loading my tune?

Mikey, the tool Keith sends will be able to clear the codes for you, so you might as well leave it unplugged until you get the tune.
