I know this can't be this complicated to install a tune. I had a Trinity installed on my hemi and it was plug and play for the most part. This one seems to be way over my head downloading this and uploading that what kind of bullshit we have here? Can someone direct me to easy to follow instructions on how to install this tune. I paid $800 assuming I just plug the thing in and be done with it. Not so fast and no one answers their god damn phones.

Click on the link below. Use the proper instructions base on your model year.

Has to be a better way than uploading downloading. I thought this was a canned tune that I could order and install. I did try to call before ordering to find out what the process was but never did get anyone to answer.

Not a canned tune, took over a year to develop. If you drive in to our shop there are easier methods with the hands on the vehicle. However, when you are far away, then a handheld flash tool is the only method available on the market at this time. GDE responds quicker to email than any other communication platform.
