Hello there... Im a new user from across the big blue pond. I live in Norway and I am pretty much hooked on Ram pick ups. Had a couple since 1995. My 2003 5.9 Cummins earned his pension last year... So I swapped to an Ecodiesel, and bought the Hot Tune. Works very well...

However, I do have a couple of questions. First time I installed it everything mentioned in the instructions popped up.. The regen message and the oil life stuff. About 5 weeks ago I was due for the 30`km service so I swapped back to the stock ecm. Just in case they would flash or reprogram the ecm. Last night I installed the GDE ecm back in there. BUT... the oil life did not dropp to 0 %. It showed me 76 %, same as the stock ecm did. I pumped the gas pedal 3 times like you should. And the regen message never popped up... So, is this normal when you reinstall the hot tune?... To be honest, my spine feels that there is less power now than I felt from the hot tune the first time. But my back is not a very accurate gauge...

Have a great one guys.

Our install setup is only for the first time. swapping ecms later on is just plug and play.
