Ok are there any ways to clean the intake of soot with out tearing it apart?
Can you provide actual HP and torque improvement figures for your tune??
Just bought one for our GC. Installing it on Monday 08/29/2011. Can't wait to see how it is !!!!
If one buys the flash tool do you have to pay for the individual tunes, what are the costs of the individual tunes, can one just get a tune to turn off the egr?

on a side note, the crd never came with a stick shift in it in the states, you guys should work on a manual transmission convention
The flash tool is easy to use, but please note that the USB driver will NOT load on the 64 bit version of Windows 7 it only installs on the 32 bit version.

does anyone have part numbers ?

Ah ok. I'm in Australia, and so suffer from the RHD cant get to TCM problem.

You aren't kidding about that lower nut. I can't seem to get to it. You don't, by chance, have any helpful hints or suggestions? The front diff is right underneath it!

Hi guys,
Does the flash tool work for the TCM flash as well?

Cheers
Rossow.
My driver's side one needs replacing. Any pointers or things to look out for on that one? Thanks!

Nice! I like the "Green Diesel Engineering". I'm not sure about the "powered by". I would rather show "powered by VM Motori", although that would require their permission, Im sure. You should sneak your phone number or web address in there somewhere.

I tow 3000# in the mountains and would be concerned about lowering the shift/lockup points. As you know factory lockup in 4th is 54 mph indicated (51 actual) and 4-5 shift is 64 indicated (61 actual). Immediately after both these events RPM is about 1600. Isn't there a problem with exhaust temps if you push it too hard at low RPM?
What we really need for towing is the ability to lock out 5th. How about a one second push on the O/D lockout button to lock out 5th and a momentary push continue to lockout 4th and 5th?
