I originally had the ECO tune and it helped a little while towing beside the other benefits. Eventually the TC and front pump were replaced and I updated to the full torque version. The original front seal is no longer available so the front pump was replaced as it is standard procedure when replacing the TC to replace the front seal. The pump/seal does not have to be replaced and many don't but is this a place to be "penny wise and pound foolish"?

Looking at the torque graph you'll see the Eco full torque has a little more torque then we originally had. It tows our 3000-3500# trailer like a dream without downshifting and even got 1 mpg better fuel mileage on a 1400 mile trip we took a month and a half earlier when I had the standard Eco tune and tc. Not to mention a much more relaxed drive

If you get the new TC and full torque tune you will be saying "Tah WHO??"

I know this is a old post But my January build 06 crd needed the flash too. So instead of model year I think a build date is the determining factor but don't know what it would be
