It turns out that the wire harness, where it passes behind the fuel filter bracket, was rubbing just enough that when operated in warm temperatures, caused a ground in the harness. When we were in Michigan with cold ambient temperatures, the wire insulation was tough enough to resist the penetration of the razor-sharp bracket. Once we got to Texas where warmer temperatures prevailed, the transmission acted up within three miles. I pushed the harness back and it has not acted up since. Even under a magnifying glass, I could ot spot the point of penetration but it now works.
Looks like a solenoid pack issue Keith. I can't get the TCC to slip no matter how much I abuse it. Keep getting a P2706 FC, serviced oil and filters and looked right at that thing while installing TransGo Kit, but didn't change it. Will pick one up tmrw and swap it out. While it, the VB, was out, I checked out the connections for corrosion and found none, so from what I am reading the MS Solenoid is junk. It fails after reaching normal operating temp, then allowed to heat soak for a few minutes. Can get it to hiccup every time now by doing that sequence. BTW I sent you an email, we will see you the week of the 4th, not the Saturday.

Has anyone ever heard of this issue? It seems to occur during 2-3 shift, goes into limp mode, MIL lights up. P0700 Set
