So how is this progressing? Any news on a release date?
I have the eco tune for now, I am hoping that will hold me till I get the turbo and I can skip the hot tune.

I only ran the tune for two tanks before getting 4.10 gears, Detroit Tru-Tracs front and rear, and 32 inch MTR's on steel wheels.

During those two tanks of in town driving (getting parts and running errands) it got 27 mpg with the stock wheels wearing 245/75/16 Revo's. The Jeep also has a Frankenlift. That in town mileage is about what I was seeing highway. This is also in the middle of the summer in Phoenix, when it is that hot my mileage goes down in town because the fan comes on so much.

Since the tires and gears (my wheelset is over 80 pounds a wheel now) the mileage has dropped. I don't really know how much until I check the odometer's accuracy, as the taller tires have thrown it off more. My new tires are E-range 235/85/16 MTRs, but I am still running them at whatever psi Discount Tire put in them. Between the tire pressure and the new gears settling in (and moving to new fully synthetic gear lube front and rear), I hope the mileage goes up just a tad. I plan to run both the Revo's on the highway trips and the MTR's offroad. I am happy with the tune so far. The extra power is noticeable across the band.

When it comes to tire size, one thing I noticed with the stock 3.73 gears is that going from stock tires to 245/75/16 tires and a lift did not change my highway mileage much. I only took a hit in town. The vehicle felt zippier at highway speeds with the higher gearing from the taller tires.
