The last time I took my 2016 RAM EcoDiesel in for service, they did an update on it that lowered the coolant and oil temps by 25 degrees when towing. Oil temp was running in the 250 degree range before the update when towing. It runs around 225 when towing now. I feel much better about the lower temp. My question is; Will installing the GDE tune raise these temps back up?
I have a 2016 RAM 1500 EcoDiesel Limited. I really love my truck and all it's cool gadgets and creature comforts. However, there seems to be several updates that the dealer needs to do to fix glitches in the gadgetry in my truck every time I take it in for service. For instance, I had a problem with the dash going blank. Had another problem with the truck randomly not recognizing the key fob. Several other little glitches from time to time and they have all been fixed with the dealer doing some sort of "update" to the "computer".

I use my truck to tow an RV quite frequently and would really like the extra power , fuel economy and especially the engine brake afforded by your tune. My question is; When I have a non-engine related glitch that must be fixed by a computer update to the truck,

1. Will it over write the GDE tune?
2. Will returning the ECM to you to restore my GDE tune over write the fix the dealer applies to the accessory glitches?

I guess what I'm asking is, am I going to get into some sort of tuning war between you and my dealer or am I going to have to live with other computer related glitches in my truck order to enjoy the benefits of your tune?
