For whatever reason, my first EGR failed and I believe it started leaking coolant into my intake/engine, etc. Ram replaced it, but as many know, EGR's have been on back order and it was a pain. I understand that your tunes "turn off" the EGR, which is great. However, I'm looking to do an EGR delete so that there is no possibility of anything remotely close to this happening again.
I've seen two types of EGR delete kits. The first type has the two block off plates, which I believe remove the tube. Yet, the rest of the EGR module remains there. The second type removes the EGR entirely and I think it has a hose to re-route the coolant line. Does your tune work for both types? Or does the EGR module still have to be present?
Thanks
